Our method of shipping.
We ship FedEx Ground here in the US within 1 to 3 days from receipt of payment, Also there are additional shipping
charges on international orders to Canada and Mexico originating from the US.
Shipping policy:
Shipping within the continental U.S.:
Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground within 1 – 3 days from receipt of payment. Delivery is usually within 5 – 7 business days of shipment.
Non-continental U.S. shipments may take longer.
International Shipping:
International shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.
Orders shipped from the United States to destinations outside the U.S. may also be subject to duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

Return policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We ensure you a quick and hassle-free process. We are here to make sure you are happy with your system;
you are able to install your system, and enjoy your sailing experience with a Reefurl Roller Reefing Furling System.
30-day Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Reefurl System within 30 days of receipt as long as the
complete entire system is returned in new, unused and resalable condition.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges for U.S. shipments were included in your purchase price and are non-refundable.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded.
International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
What you need to do for a return:
Repackage the complete Reefurl System. You must call us at
1-866-Reefurl (1-866-733-3875) or email us at reefurl@furlings.com for a return authorization prior to sending the system
back to Reefurl Roller Reefing Furling Systems.
Systems returned without authorization will be refused, and the shipping carrier will charge you shipping in both directions.
Request a return authorization before returning.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to acceptance and credit given.
